Means for cold calibration, embossed die forming, embossing, straightening of original parts made of sheet-material and other operations of cold volumetric die forging, requiring comparatively high efforts ring small operational travels of the slide-block. more, over such machines are good for the operations of cold extrusion of metal parts
Main parts of these machines are: bed, drive, slide-block, electrical equipment, lubrication system and control system. Bed. Welded-part, of high toughness, consists of posts, cross-beam and the table. For the removal of ready details the table is equipped with dirigible mechanical takeout.
Presses’ drive. Two-step. the movement is given from electrical engine to the transmission shaft through the V-belt drive and further on through the muffle and gear set to the eccentric gear. Slide-block travel is realized through the knuckle-joint system with the help of piston-rod. Shift-sleeve and brake. Frictional, disc, toughly blocked, with electric pneumatic control. Slide-block. Welded construction, of box type, realizes to-and-fro motion in the dirigible guides of the bed.
The slide-block has a knuckle-joint system of slide-block drive installed, tough mechanical takeout.
